Since today, September 19, 2019 is a Thursday, I thought I would do a little something for “Throwback Thursday.” I’m not even sure this is still a thing but let’s believe it is. Besides, it’s always fun to do some reminiscing.

As we’ve aged, I’m sure our tastes in music, movies, and books have evolved and matured. I know my cultural palate has changed. And I’m confident all our ideas and opinions transformed as we gained insight, understanding, and wisdom. But it’s insightful from time-to-time to look back on what was and remember the thoughts, feelings, and ideas we shared and experienced as we navigated our way through, and survived, the politically charged times of the 60s and 70s.
“Most ‘Monty Python’ fans are, of course, baby boomers, who have long been a nostalgic lot and are growing more so as they totter toward old age.”
–Terry Teachout, Drama Critic for the Wall Street Journal
